If time:
Align products created by development tools with webshop templates ( compare info w/current webshop templates)
Currently available tools: Flash, Podcasting, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Presenter, Camtasia, Lectora
Questions to consider :
What does it include? ( tools that uses flash that is easy to use and accessible)
Adobe Presenter, Camtasia, Capitivate and Lectora
What are the end goals?
Create mini-training modules and templates
I guess this is where I am unsure of the whole templates piece ... templates for webshops? Wouldn't presenter, camtasia, and captivate files be embedded into the webshops? Would it really require a template? ktm

- Learn how to use the software
- Explore accessibility issues ( work with an expert)
- Prepare templates ( compare info w/current webshop templates)

o Two rounds of template testing.

What tools are we going to use?
To be determined after accessibility issues are examined.
What type of supports are needed? (human/training support)
Most likely- human support in addition to just in time support
Mini-tutorials or online demonstrations (synchronous and asynchronous)

The tools will be part of the collaboration center which will allow staff member to virtually collaborate and prepare training materials
Questions
Are we going to try to incoperate Blackboard, Wiki and del.icio.us?
I feel that Blackboard will be our interface where we house the tutorials/just in time support and a place for AT PP members to share their documents if they plan to use the development tools collaboratively
If we have time to include a wiki and create a method for them to use delicious, then we may want to look at these tools as a next step if we have time.
If so, when and how?
